Syed Aftab Haider
With a passion for public sector reforms through digitization, Syed Aftab Haider has more than 22 years of public service experience working primarily on Customs reforms, trade facilitation, and border management both in Pakistan as well as internationally. As part of Pakistan Customs Service from 2000 to 2021, he served at various important positions in Pakistan working on revenue collection, trade and transit facilitation, and tariff and procedural reforms
Muhammad Moin Ul Arfeen
Mr. Muhammad Moin Ul Arfeen is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Corporate Secretaries of Pakistan with more than 25 years of diversified experience in various industries handling Corporate Affairs and Financial Management. He is currently working as the Company Secretary and is actively involved in liaising with the Board of Directors, Management, Members, Legal advisers and Auditors for effectively managing the affairs of the Company. He holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro
Khalid Jhumra
A seasoned audit professional with extensive experience gained at renowned local and international organizations in the UK and Canada. He has established and led the internal audit function for over 12 years at different organizations in Pakistan, including a listed investment company and a leading IT company. Mr. Khalid led the finance function of International Banking at a leading bank in Pakistan.
Azeem Afzal
A highly experienced and accomplished Information Technology professional with over 20 years of industry experience. Previously he helped Pakistan Customs develop the WeBOC system and is now leading single window implementation. He holds an M. Phil degree in Computer Science.
Naveed Abbas Memon
A career Civil Servant with 17 years of service in the Customs Administration of Pakistan. He is one of the leading team members credited with the development and roll out of the WeBOC system and specializes in business process review, reengineering, and redesign. He holds an MBA from IBA, Karachi.
Syed Sohaib Hassan
Mr. Sohaib is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of hands-on expertise in handling diverse portfolios like Employee Journey, Business Partnership, Talent Management, Digitalization & Cultural transformation, Performance Management & Rewards, HR & Admin operations, Health & Safety and Organizational Design with fast paced companies like Jazz and Ufone. He has extensive experience in managing and aligning the HR department with the organization’s vision and his last assignment was with Ufone as Sr. Business Growth Partner.

Omair Khan brings over two decades of expertise in data engineering, analytics, and AI-driven solutions across banking, telecom, utilities, and government sectors. He has a proven track record of architecting advanced data platforms and leading high-performing teams to consistently deliver transformative results in complex environments. Mr. Omair has been instrumental in crafting and implementing data strategies that enhance governance, streamline analytics, and drive business process automation. His collaborative approach fosters innovative, cost-effective solutions by seamlessly integrating data from diverse domains and vendors

Khurram Ijaz
Mr. Khurram Ijaz is the Vice President of the Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FPCCI). He is also senior Vice Chairman of Pakistan Artificial Leather Importers and Merchant Association and Executive Member of Indentors Association of Pakistan. He holds vast experience relating to Custom Clearance, Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain Management.
Zulfiqar Ali
Mr. Zulfiqar Ali is a seasoned civil servant with extensive experience in public administration, currently serving as Additional Secretary / Executive Director General (EDG) at the Board of Investment (BoI), Government of Pakistan. He holds advanced degrees in Business Administration and Public Management, and has served in several key leadership roles within the BoI. Throughout his career, Mr. Ali has made notable contributions to institutional development, investment promotion, and the implementation of strategic policy initiatives. Mr. Ali also brings substantial international exposure, particularly in the areas of regulatory reform and enforcement frameworks.
Syed Shakeel Shah
Syed Shakeel Shah is working as Director General Reforms and Automation (Customs) in the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). He is a career Civil Servant and has served at a wide variety of positions across the country. He possesses diversified international exposure of regulatory & enforcement systems especially in the areas of self-assessment, risk management, trade facilitation, automation and compliance management. He has remained involved in several reforms, modernization and automation projects during his service. He has also served as a Director at CAREC
Muhammad Waqas Azeem
With over a decade of extensive experience in trade policy, international relations, and commerce, Muhammad Waqas Azeem has served in various pivotal roles within the Government of Pakistan. Currently holding the position of Joint Secretary Tariff Policy at the Ministry of Commerce, he plays a key role in formulating and implementing policies aimed at enhancing Pakistan's trade competitiveness and fostering economic growth. Prior to my current role, he served as the Director General at the Ministry of Commerce, where he led strategic initiatives to promote trade facilitation, market access, and investment promotion
Samir Amir
Samir Amir is a seasoned business and policy expert with extensive experience in economic research, trade policy, academia, and international business. As Director Research at the Pakistan Business Council (PBC), he has played a key role in shaping policy dialogue on major economic and trade issues impacting Pakistan. He also serves as a visiting faculty member at IBA Karachi, where he has taught strategy, leadership, economics, and entrepreneurship for over two decades
